There is good shelter from the Cabin on the boat but you should bring a waterproof jacket in case of sea spray. We recommend applying sun cream before departure and wearing warm layers, even on warmer days it will feel cool once we depart the pier.

Feel free to bring a camera to capture the fantastic sights and some happy memories! Please take appropriate medication if you suffer from motion sickness.

We provide lifejackets to all our passengers. Passengers are required to wear the lifejacket provided for the entirety of the boat tour. You cannot bring your own life jacket.

There is a minimum age of 8. However if you have younger children please email us with your ages and we will try to accommodate you. There is no maximum age on our tours, as long as you are in reasonable physical health.

We can accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers per boat tour.

Please contact us if you want to make arrangements for collection from an alternative piers. 

Yes, there are toilet facilities available to use before and after the tour.

Due to potential discomfort due to the jockey-style seating and motion of our boats we do not recommend our trips for pregnant women or passengers with heart conditions or back problems.

Access onto the RIB Craft requires passengers to go down stone steps to access the deck area. There are handrails available for passengers to hold as they embark and disembark and our crew will be on site to assist.

Seating is provided by way of individual jockey seats so passengers will need to be able to raise their leg a little to get onto the seat.

Safety is our priority at Enniscrone Boat Tours. Our team monitors live weather and sea condition reports. In the case of extreme or unfavourable weather conditions, our trips will not run.

In this event, we will offer you the opportunity to reschedule your trip for another day. If this is not suitable, we will issue you with a full refund

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.

Enniscrone Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip due to weather reports or any unforeseen circumstances, including mechanical failure.

The vessel is licensed and has been inspected by the Marine Survey office.

All drivers hold professional Marine qualifications.

Our vessels are fully insured and we operate to a strict code of conduct to ensure passenger safety.

It is compulsory for all passengers to be fitted with a high quality life jacket while onboard.

Passengers receive a full safety briefing prior to departure.
